Summer is hitting its grand finale across the Town of Babylon, and the calendar is packed with amazing local events to celebrate.

This is the last precious week before the school bells ring, and our community is making every moment count.

For food lovers, the week builds to a delicious climax.

The annual Foodie Fest at Tanger Outlets Deer Park kicks off Friday, an essential event promising dozens of vendors and live entertainment for the holiday weekend.

If you can't wait that long, the Lindenhurst Food Truck Fest on Thursday offers another chance to sample local bites.

The sounds of summer are also echoing through our parks and venues.

The beloved Lindenhurst Summer Concert Series delivers a free community show, while live bands will be playing right on the water at Salt Shack.

Families can find plenty of memory-making opportunities before the season officially changes.

Community spirit will be on full display at the annual Blessing of the Backpacks at the beautiful Argyle Gazebo, a cherished tradition.

With outdoor movie nights, beach meetups, and creative workshops rounding out the week, there is truly something for everyone.

It’s a vibrant, heartfelt farewell to summer, and a perfect showcase of what makes life in Babylon so special.

Get out and enjoy these fantastic Babylon Town local events before it's too late.
